Question 2 of 30

Working in such a high pressured job, it can be hard to find some balance. How do you prioritize your work/life balance?

"I always find that taking time in the mornings for myself is essential. Before I start getting ready for work, I spend some quiet time reading and even taking a quick at-home yoga practice if I have enough time. This helps me get my mind in a good place to tackle the day's problems. I also turn my work phone off when it's time to sit down for dinner and keep off until the next morning. That way, I can ensure I'm present and focused when I'm with my family."
