Jeff Bezos said, "I think we all have passions, and you don't get to choose them. But you have to be alert to them. You have to be looking for them." It is this messaging that is behind one of Blue Origin's leadership principle; Passion for our Mission - Our mission is bold--to enable millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth. Blue leaders are above all else mission driven. Mission-driven leaders create and communicate a direction that inspires results, and their actions and attitudes are guided by 'mission first.'"

When answering questions about how you prefer to stay motivated on the job, discuss what it would take to earn your loyalty. What drives your passion is what motivates you in your career, whether it is a desire to evolve into a higher-up position in your career, to graduate to the leading teams in rocket research and development, or to be a trusted and relied upon contributor. Share what you are passionate about and what you are ultimately working toward. Tell the interviewer how you would like to get there while allowing them to help you achieve those goals.

I feel that most achievements are due to the great work of a team. I personally get shy and will share my credit with all that helped to accomplish such a goal. I always prefer that my team be recognized as well. But words of encouragement are always good and so is food.
