When a company asks for your feedback or thoughts on what they could improve as a company, it's best to keep your answer positive and light. This question is a personality test to see your approach to onboarding and how well you'd get along with their existing teams. Someone who comes on strong, presumptuous, or opinionated is likely to rub others the wrong way and could hurt morale and productivity. This question can be tricky to answer without knowing the ins and outs of the company, what they have already tried, and what they have ruled out. Proceed with caution, humility, and emotional maturity. Where you can, compliment them on what they are doing right.

"I researched Blue Origin, LLC quite a bit before meeting you today. I like your branding, and your online presence is strong. If I could make a suggestion, it would be to have a confirmation email sent to all online job applicants. I found the site a bit difficult to navigate and was not sure that my initial application went through successfully. Luckily, your HR department was amazing, and they called me just a few days later for a pre-screen interview."

"If you could improve on anything, I recommend updating the website by adding more frequent blog posts for aerospace enthusiasts. Right now, there are only one or two posts a month at most. Considering that Jeff Bezos also owns The Washington Post, it would be great to see more content on Blue Origin's blog. Aerospace and defense are popular topics, and you could gain more website traffic by increasing its content."

If I could make any suggestion, it would be to create awareness and security for just how safe the new space vehicle is. For future paying passengers, it is important for them to know they are in safe hands and can trust or pick your brand over others as they make their journey into space.
