I use to hold a CPR certificate along with first aid but never completed recertification. I look forward to taking a class.

Was the CPR certification related to flying? If so, be sure to point this out. If not, consider explaining why you got it. You might also provide an explanation for why you didn't get recertified so the interviewer understands why. Then you might talk about why you're interested in working for an airline. What interests you in this field? Focusing on this will show your passion and downplay any lack of experience or education. Good job!
