Nice! It's great that you believe in providing excellent customer service. How will you do this, though? Be sure to provide details. See below for another way you can answer this question:
Providing exceptional customer service is extremely important to me, and there are several ways I do this. To start, I strive to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times, and I make sure customers know that I'm happy to answer their questions and help them. When they have requested something or made an inquiry, I make sure to respond in a timely and accurate manner. In part, I do this by making sure that I'm knowledgeable about what we have to offer. I also make it a priority to actively listen to what customers say; I repeat back what I hear to make sure I understood them correctly, and I use appropriate body language to indicate that I care about what they are saying. Finally, I ask for and am open to any feedback I receive as this kind of information allows me to improve my customer service skills.
