Stuck in dew with many people had to organize hotel room, transportation, etc.
When my Manager and Assistant Manager were on vacation, I was the MOD and there was no schedule made and none of the department managers had access to the schedules, so first I had to quickly draft a schedule and informed all employees of their breaks and lunch times.
I created a club called the Holistic health which is about eating healthier. I was the leader since I created this club. My duties were to help the students eat healthier and what are the benefits of healthy eating, etc.

I met with the production team to find out why they were so unhappy with IT support. After listening to them and explaining what our process is and what we can adjust to help them, we all left the meeting meeting very happy.
I was a chef on a very large banqeute for VIP account at our hotel. It was a 7 course meal for 75 peopel . The customer requested medium rare steaks. As chef I was incarge of the all the cookin and timeing of the plate up . With the proper comunication with the Banquite captain we were able to have a succesful out come with great results .
I was the banquete chef for a VIP party at our hotel. The service and food was a big part of this event . The meal was medium rare NY steaks only . It was written in the contract that way . With collaberation from the Baquete captain and team memebers we were able to make this event a yearly booking for our property.
Our hotel had two fucntion going at the same time. We had to keep both parties sepaerated. I was the counter and expiditor of the parties and made sure each party was served the right menu.
I have been a leader many times! Working with my team, listening to them and having group discussions brings great morale and a much more positive environment.
Once my manager told me to make sure everyone got on brake on time instead of me just watching him work I jumped in to help so my crew can go on break together.
I had to train a new employee how to take off rotisseries and packages them. It went well, I should her how to do to twice and then had her do it by her and she did it correctly.
Since being on the front end can be hectic at times with long lines, under-staffing, and newcomers to the team. Well when you have all 3 at one time some may have a nervous breakdown. One night, we had all 3 of the above mentioned, so I hopped on the lane next to my newcomer to talk to her and help her not to freak out. But just to be motivation for her to get through the lines and we did just that in no time. At the end of the night, I made sure to reward my team because we had one heck of a night!
