We ran out of decaf coffee beans. A regular customer could only drink decaf so I suggested other alternatives one of which she was surprised we offered and ordered it.

I had a customer who wanted to return something that was over 50 dollars however the customer did not have a receipt and no id, I let the customer know the policy that we are not allowed to do returns with out one or the other I told her that I would have to get approval I called the shifty on duty and they where okay with the return I apologized to the customer and let her know next time she would have to have the receipt and or state id.
