There was a time that a customer was very angry because she had lost something that was very personal to here, she came to the customer service desk and was crying she had lost her glasses and she said she had looked every where and couldnt find it I told her I would write down her name and number and I gave her the store card and told her I would look for it. I found it upstairs in the cafe I called her and she was so delighted. When she came and picked the glasses up I was not at work but she wrote a rave and rants card out for me. She was very happy and delighted.

I follow my duties. I don't go beyond unless necessary, such as a customer who needs a product that is out of stock. I'd suggest that person to order it online. You can get anything online!
