What would you do if you noticed a coworker exhibiting unethical behavior?

Your interviewer is curious how capably you'd adhere to their WFM code of conduct. I would report it immediately. I respect the belongings of others and would never take anything that isn't mine unless it was being given to me legitimately. Plus, I have never stolen before.
