You may want to work for the NHS because of its reputation as the largest employer in the UK, its opportunity for professional growth and advancement, or its high volume of patients. It is best to mention something like this rather than saying you want to work for their organization because of the pay or benefit package they offer.
"I want to work for the NHS because of your reputation for taking care of your employees. I am impressed with your onsite daycare and flexibility for working parents; however, I am even more impressed with your encouragement of professional growth. I am interested in furthering my studies and receiving training in MSc Diagnostic Imaging in CT to underpin my key area of interest.
