Of course you do. If you cannot muster the curiosity to ask one, single question, how sincerely interested in the job can you possibly be? Perhaps you read about the company's newest product and have thought of an intelligent question to ask about a technical aspect of it. Or perhaps you have a question about something the interviewer said, or a significant company policy. If you truly have no questions, then you might soften that by saying that the interviewer's descriptions of the company and the hiring process were quite clear and then briefly summarize what you heard, ending by asking whether you summarized it correctly.

"Yes, I do. In the Careers section of your website, I saw that you have research and development locations in the Far East. One of my goals is to work at an overseas posting, because I think it would help me understand the business better and form relationships that would strengthen my contribution to a company that has operations all over the world. Does the company support this kind of global posting for those who are interested? Could you tell me how that might work at the company?"
