How to Answer
What are some skills you'd like to work on? Think about some qualities or skills that are not fully developed or where you're weaker. Don't be discouraged by your weaknesses! Think of them as opportunities to learn and grow. Give an example that shows you have put some thought into it and that you are taking a proactive approach. Here's one way to answer the question:
"I have been practicing updo hairstyles because I want to do hair for weddings and work with event planners. I wasn't great at them at first, but the more I practice the better I get. I like the challenge of working with different hair types and learning creative ways to make beautiful designs."
