At first I say that i'm sorry. Then I clean nails and make color that customer choose.

1st listen to why r they upset 2nd apologize & correct the situation 3rd ask if they r satisfy with the end result.

Explain that this is the new trend color and the other customers love it, so I choose it by reflex, but if you prefer the ordinary color I can change it for my pay.

Apologise and do my best to fix the mistake and ensure that it won't happen again.

I have successful customer interaction every day . Becouse my customer base has 30 ladys and men. I work with this people more as 7 years.

The customer kissed me and give me a present.

A customer came into toysrus and wanted to purchase a certainitem and asked the manager for assistance by the time the customer got to my register she was livid with anger and stated she needed corporates number to complain about the poor customer service she received from the manager. So I asked if maybe there was something I could help with turns out she was looking for a specific item I searched Hi and low and was able to find the item.. The customer left with the item and did not want corporates number she even had a smile.. Clocking in to work the next day I was called to the office where the store manager and district manager were waiting and I received a compliment and the customer was happy.

I didn't work before at the salon or spa.

We took mostly walk-in clients. When I didn't have a client, it was important to be prepared none the less. Cleaning and disinfecting took top priority, then supplies. When I had time besides that I would practice my artwork.

Time is money and customer are their for their services so I have to do my job 150% correctly.

I am a excellent manicurist because by understand & listen to what a customer need or want. I incorporate their want + my exp what is best for them = excellent manicurist.

The art in this profession, my very good manuality, and 35 years as a dentist, work with nervous, anxiety and sensitive patients.

While attending cosmetology school we had a student salon, students would perform services on clients. I had a client that was displeased with the service someone gave her so I was asked to fix it I stayed after school to give her the best experience I could and she thanked me and also became a regular client of mine while I was in school.

It is my hobbie and passion to be involve with one-on-one with a customers.

I want to work with my hands, to create art, and to work more relax and pleasure job than before as a dentist, and to be with the people without pain.

I am an artist and I consider hands and feet to be my canvas. That is not limited to the nails. When I made my portfolio I gave my models an exfoliating scrub, lotion, and massage. I wanted their skin to have a healthy glow to complement their nail art.
