Agile process essential involves completing smaller, functioning pieces of a product more often. Collaborating with the client continually to discover any problems early. "Failing early" allows time to regroup and redo while the problem is small and major changes haven't been made yet. Work is planned, tested, and delivered within an iteration or sprint. ( usually 2 or 3 weeks long).
