How do you manage stress in your daily work?
You can spin this question and tell the interviewer how you seem to work better under pressure or that you tend to be reactive to stressful situations instead of dwelling on them. This is a good way of showing the interviewer that you work well under pressure. Give a specific example of a stressful day in your past job and how you handled it. It is important to highlight your ability to complete your tasks in spite of the stress.
You can also include how you use extracurricular activities to help manage work stress - this could include going to the gym before or after work, cooking, playing sports, doing yoga, etc.

I like to be organized and plan my work during the day. I usually create a to-do list for the next day, and this helps me stay focused during a chaotic day.
Cindy's Feedback
Good start. It would enrich your answer if you walked the interviewer through an example so he or she can envision your process.

I like to plan my day so that I'm well organized, I'll prepare a to-do list for the next day to be organized especially when it comes to chaotic, busy days.
Jaymie's Feedback
Being prepared and organized definitely helps reduce stress in the workplace! This is a good example to share. If you can think of other ways like collaborating or communicating with the team, getting some fresh air on your break period, talking to your supervisor, etc. share those techniques as well.
