"I worked in the restaurant industry for three years before pursuing a career in sales, so I am very familiar with providing excellent customer service. I believe it starts with having a positive attitude and treating the customer with respect. When you listen to a customer's needs and provide a solution, they will be happy every time. If a customer is unhappy with something, I do my best to make sure their needs are taken care of and that they leave with a smile on their face."
