Possessing the skills to improve communication in the workplace is a precious asset. Talk to the interviewer about your ability to enhance communication in the workplace.

"In my current position I have one particular client who was an exceptionally brief communicator. If I asked two questions, he would answer just one. I learned that he would not acknowledge anything for which he did not have a direct answer. I began to ask him questions in a different way. For example, I would say 'Do you have an answer for me on question X?' and he would say yes or no. We would then go from there. This solution was an effective method of communication for that particular client."

"Recently, we were working with a client who continued to change the direction of our work. Our team was heading down one path and before we knew it, the client expected us to go another direction. We resolved to hold a weekly status touch base call to ensure two-way communication with our team and the client. When work was not done, we could explain why and if the client wanted changes made, we could catch them before wasting time and resources."

I was working a truck one night and usually when your work a truck you have a team. When products come down on the conveyer belt specifically glass there's a high chance, they can fall off the belt if too much stuff is on it. So, to prevent previous accidents from happening in the future I communicated with the team leader that anything glass will be taken off the belt and put under it.

I think this is an answer you can improve by expanding it a bit. You can give more context around the issue of glass breakage in order to make it clear why it was important to communicate better around the issue. Was glass breakage a constant problem? Did the people on your team disagree about how to prevent it? Did you talk with your team members or supervisor about their ideas for addressing the issue? Did you all come to a consensus about putting packages containing glass under the belt? Finally, share the positive outcome. Did your approach solve the problem of broken glass?
