There was a sudden change in the scope of work in my last audit engagement. I responded by assessing what was involved and what the additional procedures were, assessing the additional time and resources required. I came up with a plan of action.
I then held a discussion with engagement leadership to discuss the plan and pulled resources required in order to fulfill the engagement on time. The project was completed on time and with quality.
