Discuss with the interviewer why you are looking to make a change, and how this particular role fits well with the changes that you are seeking. Be sure to give a more in-depth answer than the typical "I am looking for growth" answer that so many interviewers hear. Be thoughtful and draw upon the research you have done on the company.

As I mentioned, I was curious to explore the various actors involved in the life of a plant: it seems to me all of them are quite focused on a single aspect while others are somehow lagging behind (for example, a Contractor is very dedicated to engineering but misses the real-life of equipment). This role is the perfect mix between engineering, inspection, and the real-life of the equipment and these are, to me, the most interesting parts of dealing with a Plant. In addition to this, the possibility to create a network of people supporting each other, sharing knowledge and experiences in order to improve plants' reliability is a unique chance I want to take: I have seen the positive results this can create in Yara and want to replicate the same.

Good answer! You have clearly outlined the factors that motivate you, and your interest in improving the reliability of chemical plants. Consider concluding your answer by making a connection back to the organization with which you are interviewing. For instance, you could indicate you want to replicate the positive results achieved at Yara International at Solvay or express your excitement at the opportunity to work with the organization for a particular reason.
