Well, this has been a recurring occurrence in every Company I have worked with: a Client deciding to add something to the scope of work when the equipment is ready for shipment, a fabrication problem at a workshop, a sudden shutdown in a Plant due to leaking equipment. I am used to this kind of situation and somehow even like them as they add some further taste.
