"I would be happy to earn my way to the top compensation level if required. I do assure you that, despite my being shy of experience by a couple of years, I am a top performer and you would not be disappointed in my performance."

Even though I do have four years of experience in the healthcare field, I understand I do not quite meet the qualifications of experience you are looking for in the specified fields and I am willing to be compensated in adjustment to that fact. I am looking forward to proving my worth to Sharp Hospital.

Nice job! It's fine that you admit that you don't perfectly meet their qualifications and that you're open to receiving an adjusted compensation as a result. However, more importantly, it's great that you begin your response on a positive note by reminding the interviewer that you DO have four years of experience in the healthcare field. Since your four years of experience are very close to the five required years, make sure not to sell yourself short! Finish your answer by again talking about how much experience you have. Be confident and really sell yourself (discuss your skillset, educational background, experience, and knowledge).
