I am highly self-motivated and enjoy coming to work, so I don't usually need a lot of motivation from my supervisors. However, I do appreciate words of affirmation for a job well done! When I go the extra mile to meet a goal, I always appreciate it when my employer notices and lets me know that I'm valued.
