I've delivered training sessions on numerous occasions. I find it best when I know my subject matter. I have a rough outline of what I want to speak about but not word for word.
I practice out loud to a couple of team members beforehand. Don't be afraid of not knowing the answer to a question. Tell them you'll take it offline, find out the answer, and get back to them.
