Excited and a little apprehensive all rolled into one. Excited for the possibility of working with new people, learning new skills and contributing in a new way. Apprehensive because no matter how much research you do and how well you get to know a new organization and people in it there is always a leap of faith that you've made the right decision and that it will turn out to be as good or better than you originally planned.
