I plan and prepare ahead of time where possible, for example, when the end of the month is approaching. I keep open communication with my team members and manager. I remember that I am only one person, and I can only produce what I can during a working day. I manage the expectations of those making requests from me. I remain calm and focused on the task I'm doing at that time, and ensure I keep well-hydrated and fed.
