"While I haven't yet held a retail position, I think my passion for sneaker culture as well as my love of athletics in general make up for my lack of experience. My hardest job, in terms of customer service, was probably when I worked at an IT call center where I regularly had to calm upset clients. I learned so much about communication, listening, and creating great customer service experiences out of frustrating circumstances."
