"I think one way to improve is to make it easy for customers to give you feedback. Maybe there's a way to send out customer surveys where the customer receives a small coupon for their feedback -- that way, the customer feels like they have a voice and have the added benefit of a small financial reward, and Foot Locker gets to hear directly from their customers how they can be doing better. It's a win-win!"
