"I've never had any issues taking ownership of my mistakes and learning from them. I'm usually the first to recognize and admit my mistakes. If the criticism doesn't feel constructive or is misplaced, I'll hear what they have to say, observe the situation, and correct the information. When the timing is right and that person isn't feeling defensive, I might offer them some constructive feedback on how to more effectively communicate their message non-defensively."
