"We all have days, depending on our needs, where we're more focused on team collaboration and the social elements it offers, and other times where a singular focus is required for the task on hand. But putting the needs of the work involved aside, I'd definitely say I am both interpersonal and analytical. I'd say I'm between being an introvert and an extrovert, and capable of switching gears, depending on the demands of the job at hand. I believe in balance."
