Explore what interests you the most about working with them. Come across as imagining yourself in the role. Be emotionally vested, but not presumptuous. You're not just interested in the position. You're interested in working for them and what that would offer your future and career. Showcase your knowledge and the thorough research you performed. Be sure to incorporate their language into your own. Answer with sincerity, in a manner according to your nature.
