Why the Interviewer Asks This Question
This question evaluates how above and beyond you've gone in researching the position prior to your interview, and how well you've been paying attention to the other interview questions in the set. They want to know what sets you apart from the other candidates. They're also curious what kind of pitch you'll throw their way, or if you will squander the opportunity to further advertise your merits.

How to Answer
This is another excellent opportunity to boast about your accomplishments. Delve deeper. Detail the positive comments your coworkers have mentioned about you in the past. Offer what you brought to your teams, and what you'd deliver to theirs, should they choose you for the position. Speak confidently, make relaxed eye contact, and posture yourself with positive, engaging, and confident body language.
