My mind was really opened when I took my current job back in 2001 when I joined a team of individuals with backgrounds from all over the world. My colleagues that I've worked with from India and Japan have taught me new ways of approaching the management of projects. Prior to taking that position, I was definitely more narrow minded and set in my ways and I can't say how thankful I was to join such a richly diverse team. I'm hoping to find the same if I'm hired here."
