Meet the Author

Carrie is a Human Resource and Payroll consultant with 25 years of experience.

She worked as a Director and VP of HR, supervising HR, training, and payroll departments, before becoming a freelance consultant with her own business, ANOVA Resources.

Carrie had a B.A. in Business & Psychology, an M.S. in Human Resource Management, and a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. She is also currently a payroll admin in ADP, Paychex, and Gusto.
