Question 31 of 33

Describe a time that you disagreed with a coworker or client. How did you handle the disagreement?

"In my current role, I had a group leader who would openly address the errors of our team in our team meetings. At times, it was a bit degrading to employees on the team and embarrassing. I ended up having a lunch break at the same time as the group leader and while we were chatting, I suggested that she talk one on one with employees if they are having performance concerns rather than discuss them in group meetings. She took the feedback really well and realized how her approach may have been offending employees and causing morale issues. Going forward, she did not speak about performance issues in meetings."
