"When I am faced with a problem in the workplace, I do my best to use the tools and resources available to me to solve the problem on my own. At times, there are challenges that I need assistance with. For example, in my previous role, I was working on a project when we lost the power of our computers. The data that I had input that day was then missing when I logged back on. I used the tools available to me to try to recover the data but ultimately, I ended up needing to contact our on-call IT Helpdesk to assist me with gaining access to the data."
