"I believe that my current supervisor would say that I could improve on my filing. I try to file any of my paperwork every Friday afternoon. I file any documentation electronically immediately but our team also keeps hard files of everything and I tend to take a bit longer to file that paperwork. I know that my workstation would be much more organized if I were to do this filing more frequently."
