"Growing up, I have always been taught to be independent; for the most part, it has been greatly beneficial. However, I've come to realize that sometimes I can be over-stepping, and it can take away opportunities from others. For example, at work, we usually work in pairs, but because I want to do my best and not be a burden to my co-worker, I sometimes end up doing a majority of the work, and it may seem I am taking away their tasks. I would like to learn to be more dependent on others."
