Any experience you have working with cancer patients is a plus when applying for employment with an oncology care provider. Because cancer is the leading cause of death from disease in children & adolescents, if you do have experience with pediatric oncology, you may be an asset in the pediatric oncology ward. If you don't have experience with pediatric oncology, that's OK. Share what knowledge or experience you do have.
