If you could, would you chose a different career path than the one you chose?

"I wouldn't say so. The grass is never greener on the other side. You're bound to take your attitude with you wherever you go. The grass is green under your feet, or it isn't. Some people choose their career and then feel unsatisfied when it doesn't meet their expectations. That's happened to me once or twice on my career journey, but I adjusted because that's what you do. I wouldn't say I fell into my career. My journey just took me to places I hadn't expected. But that's life. So, no, I am happy with the choices I've made. I am responsible for my actions, and I owned that from an early age. I am right where I am supposed to be because all my choices led me here, and I'm proud of the choices I've made. My choices are what defines me."

      How to Answer

      Answer the question as honestly as you can. If you have chosen your career and are truly dedicated to your pursuits, then say so. If there is another position you are striving for in your career progression, share where you hope your career will take you. Remember to practice. The assessment vendor will screen you on your non-verbal cues, facial expressions, eye movements, body movements, tells and posture, and the nuances of tone and choice of words.
