Yes, I understand that I do not meet the qualifications of experiences that you are looking for, however, with 5 years of personal experience with my brother and 3 years of professional experience in this field I do consider myself quite competitive among the other new grads. I am a fast learner and a great performer, I would love to provide my worth to the hospital and am more than willing to work my way up for higher compensation.
