As a firmware engineer, you frequently deal with specific acronyms used in your profession. This is common among most of the technical professions. While it is okay to use acronyms when speaking with colleagues or other people with technical backgrounds, you should avoid them or at least first define them when talking with someone at Tesla from outside of your field. This applies even if the Tesla interviewer uses acronyms when questioning you.
