Why the Interviewer Asks This Question
The only way to set yourself apart from the other candidates is to play to your one advantage - none of them are you. TSB wants you to bring "your unique, brilliant self" to your interview and your job. They advertise that they are "proud to be different" and state that "you make us different." So, before your interview, look up terms that you feel best apply to you or are naturally part of your vocabulary. Use professional adjectives to describe yourself and your situation, and adopt the keywords they use on their website, where applicable, such as pioneering, helpful, caring, committed, flexible, balanced, and passionate.

Tips
If you are nervous before your interview, there are a few quick exercises you can do to manifest confidence. Give yourself a pep talk. Do some quick physical exercises. Raise your arms above your head, stretch your back, make yourself as big as possible, and hold that position. Then practice in front of the camera, share what you have to offer and why you believe it.
