Why the Interviewer Asks This Question
This question is a test of your company knowledge. Spend some time familiarising yourself with TSB's charitable efforts, particularly what they call 'TSB Local Pride,' where they emphasize "celebrating the people who help other people." This expands beyond "the amazing things people do to help others right across Britain," but also those who work for and represent TSB. "Every year, we celebrate the ordinary people, from all walks of life, who have done truly extraordinary things to help others." They state that they are "helping the people who help people do even more" by sharing "the stories of the unsung heroes helping people in their local communities. We donate our time, money, and expertise to help the people who are helping others in their communities do even more."
