Working in an emergency department can be very stressful. In a facility as large as Palmetto Health, one that sees over 200,000 ER visits annually, stress could be an understatement. There is no right or wrong answer to this question. The interviewer is simply getting to know you and what interests you. If emergency department work is something you like, tell the interviewer; if it not, that's fine, too.
