I encourage feedback and act on it, rather than taking it as personal criticism (which it never is) as I am aware that, as with everyone, others may notice things that I have overlooked in my work. However, I am confident in checking my work for accuracy. It also allows me to iron out any recurring errors in my knowledge and improve my overall ability.
