PPD wants to hire like-minded individuals, so the hiring manager will ask you if you are compassionate to determine if you will be a good fit for the team.

Focus Your Answer On
Assure the hiring manager that you are a compassionate person. You can say you are a compassionate person, but giving an example of how you have helped others is better. For example, you can describe your volunteer experience, how you took care of an elderly relative, held the hand of a scared patient, or comforted a grieving family member. Give an example that shows you have compassion for others.
