My greatest weakness is that I can become overwhelmed. If too many things come my way at once, I can get a little frazzled. To improve, I have taken courses at my previous company to address organization and prioritization. I also take the time in the morning to go through my emails and meetings so I can prioritize as needed. I am also not afraid to ask for help when needed.
