I have been an organised person since I was in high school. This competency has helped me to have an organised mind which is strongly helping me to manage every aspect of the project regularly and precisely without missing important milestones. I Use computer software/applications like Microsoft Outlook and Trello, to organise my emails and daily activity as well as using planning tools like Microsoft Project/Primavera P6 to plan, monitor and control every small progress of the project.
For example, I have been always using EVM in Microsoft Project software. Using this method, let me know what is the difference between planned time and budget compared to what actually happened in the project. Also, by using EVM, I can have a clear forecast if the current condition doesn't change.
