In my current position I don't have a big time difference with any of my suppliers. But in my previous experience, our suppliers and customers were from multiple different time zones, such as China, USA, and Italy. I remember that I was coming to the office early in the morning to be able to have enough time to work with China and leaving quite late sometimes to catch up with American suppliers.

In my current position, there is a 2-hour time difference with my suppliers, which is easy to accommodate. But in my previous experience, our suppliers and customers were from multiple different time zones, such as China, the USA, and Italy. Suppliers and customers appreciated when I was available to talk with them, so we could quickly and efficiently make decisions, and I could answer their questions. So, I would come into the office early in the morning to work with suppliers and customers in China and leave quite late sometimes to catch up with American suppliers.
