As a candidate interviewing with Avant Healthcare, your transition the United States is very important to the organization if you are hired and your interviewer will be looking to get an idea of the things that you like to do outside of work. Let your interview know what is important for you and your family outside of the workplace. With this knowledge in mind, your recruiter and the hiring manager will be able to look at placing you in a position and location that meets your needs, both at your place of work and your life outside of work.

"When I am not working, me and my family really like to be outside taking walks, hiking, and biking and we'd love to live in a smaller city that has access to hiking and biking trails. While we haven't lived through winter conditions like snow, we are certainly open to being in a northern climate to see if we would enjoy living in that climate long-term. On top of these things, it is very important for us to be in a safe area of the country with great values and a great education system for our children."
