Your interviewer will be looking to get a feel for your experience driving a vehicle and how comfortable you are transporting yourself. It is okay to not have driving experience as many people who come to the US do not. Your interviewer will just need to know so a placement could be made where public transportation is available. If you don't currently drive but have ambitions to train and get licenses, let your interviewer know this as well.
