What is your ideal job placement setting in regards to clinical focus?

"Having worked as a nurse in Russia, I have a wide range of experience working with sick patients of all ages. My dream is to work in a maternity ward where I can work with newborn babies and care for the mothers. I have found the most joy in my career working with this population. If I wasn't able to right away, I would completely understand that and would work toward this during my career in the US."
